Three corporate business sales in one week

Lancashire based Altius Group has completed the sale of three corporate businesses within a single week in October, across the HVAC, signage and graphics, and polythene manufacturing sectors.

S Squared Mechanical Services, a specialist HVAC design and installation company based in Lechlade, Gloucestershire, was sold to Nexus Install & Maintain. The sale attracted multiple offers from trade buyers. The business serves the office fit out sector and holds accreditations including Daikin D1 Partner, F-Gas, Constructionline and CHAS. 

Adam Bourn Creative Services, a signage and graphics business based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, was sold to Clifford Digital Holdings. Established in 2012, the company offers design, supply and installation services to contractors, fit-out companies and design agencies.

Lincoln Polythene, an East Midlands manufacturer of flexible film and polythene products, was sold to NDC Polipak. Established in 1995, the business has around 90 active clients across the food, pharmaceutical, retail and industrial markets.
