Altius Group Appoints RDK Director of Operations

Altius Group Limited, the UK’s leading group of boutique business brokers, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jenna Caldwell to the role of Redwoods Dowling Kerr (RDK) Director of Operations, the group’s specialist childcare and healthcare brand.

Jenna joined Altius Group in May 2017 as Head of RDK Childcare & Education and advanced to the role of Director of Childcare & Education in January 2019. Throughout her tenure, she has forged strong relationships with major corporate clients and led the expansion of her team of longstanding sales negotiators. 

Under her expert leadership, the RDK Childcare team has consistently delivered outstanding results, creating a leading brand within the sector and the top-performing division within Altius Group. With this promotion, Jenna will also oversee the RDK Healthcare division. 

The appointment is a strategic move in line with Altius Group’s ambitious growth plans.  Her proven track record in driving success within the childcare sector will play a key role in consolidating RDK’s position as the leading broker across all its sectors.
