Preston-based ADI.tv has been recognised for its long-standing impact on the football industry after being named Best Business Serving Football in the large business category at the Football Business Awards 2026.
The honour celebrates almost three decades of helping clubs, governing bodies and rights holders enhance the modern matchday experience through stadium technology, live production and digital fan engagement solutions.
Since installing UK football’s first stadium LED screens in 1997 ADI.tv have been at the forefront of football venue fan engagement.
It delivers integrated solutions spanning stadium LED installations, sports presentation, remote production workflows, creative content and live event operations, all through one connected business.
Geraint Williams, founder and group chief executive of ADI.tv, said: “From clubs and governing bodies to venues, sponsors and production partners, relationships continue to drive innovation and help shape the modern matchday experience across the game.”
Judges described ADI.tv as ‘synonymous with football’, recognising the company’s long-standing role in helping shape modern matchday and ‘new era’ experiences across the sport.
They added: “ADI.tv clearly display an understanding for clubs’ requirements and for future development in the digital sector of the industry.”
Last month, Lancashire Business View reported on ADI.tv helping Stockport County modernise its Edgeley Park home by enhancing matchday experiences and unlocking new commercial revenue opportunities.
The stadium specialists also worked with Burnley FC to improve its player arrival experience with digital upgrades to the tunnels and corner screen.
