Residents of Accrington and the wider Hyndburn community are being warmly invited to a special presentation evening at Accrington Stanley, celebrating a remarkable ten years of progress both on and off the pitch.

The ‘Decade of Progress at Accrington Stanley’ event will take place on Wednesday 1st April in the 1968 Lounge at the Wham Stadium, starting at 7pm.

The evening promises to be a relaxed and engaging occasion, reflecting on the club’s journey over the past decade and recognising the milestones that have shaped its continued growth and success.

From achievements on the field to meaningful community initiatives across the town, the free-to-attend event will shine a light on the positive impact Accrington Stanley continues to have throughout Hyndburn.

It will also provide supporters and local residents with the opportunity to learn more about the club’s ambitions for the future. The bar will also be open for those attending to enjoy a drink during the event.

The evening will be led by Warren Eastham, Accrington Stanley chief executive, who will deliver a short presentation looking back at the past ten years.

His address will highlight key moments in the club’s development, celebrate the strength of its community work, and outline the vision that will guide Accrington Stanley into the next chapter of its story.

Warren said: “Accrington Stanley is incredibly proud to be part of the fabric of Accrington. Over the past decade, we have worked hard to build a club that the town can be proud of, both in terms of our achievements and the way we engage with the community.

“We truly value being part of Accrington and we greatly appreciate the ongoing support and understanding of our neighbours. This event is a celebration of how far we have come together and an opportunity to share our story with local residents.”

The event is free to attend but places are limited to 300 people. Residents wishing to join the celebration can secure their ticket via Eventbrite at: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/a-decade-of-progress-at-accrington-stanley-tickets-1982428986464
