Accrington firm acquires international courier

Accrington-based World Options Holdings has acquired international delivery service PACK & SEND.

It becomes the third brand in the firm's portfolio, alongside Mail Boxes Etc and World Options. Together, they provide ecommerce, fulfilment, shipping, virtual office, marketing and print services to SMEs and consumers.

World Options Holdings joined the Milan-based MBE Worldwide since July 2022 and now claims that this acquisition sees it become the largest retail group of franchised shipping services companies in the UK.

The three companies, operating as part of World Options Holdings Ltd, now together maintain and support over 260 franchisees, generating combined annual revenues of £80m.
