accessplanit appoints new commercial director

Lancaster-based software development house accessplanit has appointed John Clark as commercial director.

John was formerly international business projects director at OCS Group, a US$1bn turnover company delivering total facilities management globally. Previous projects included expansion within the Asia Pacific markets with particular reference to the Aviation, Education and Healthcare sectors.

Originally training in finance, subsequent roles have included international marketing director, operations director, director of total quality and business development director. It is this broad board level experience which will enhance the accessplanit team, enabling them to grow the company to the next level.

John joins accessplanit with a broad remit. Initially focusing on project delivery, productivity, new product development and customer relationship management, his appointment is part of the company’s longer term expansion plan.
