Christmas parties are a great way to let your hair down for an informal end of year celebration, but no matter how much fun you’re having there’s no compromise in the world-class service offered by Bertram’s Restaurant.

The luxury Burnley venue delivers the same excellent food and the same exceptionally high quality of service all year round.

That’s why it’s just been named the Best Luxury Brasserie at the World Luxury Restaurant Awards for the second consecutive year.

Bertram’s has world-renowned character – from the subtle but sophisticated styling, to the culinary excellence that has seen recipes devised by head chef Spencer Burge twice featured in the Great British Cook Book.

Spencer, who has created this season’s mouth-watering menu, has also previously cooked for Sir Alex Ferguson, Tony Blair and Bill Clinton.

His hand-picked highlights for 2018 will include traditional favourites such as roast bronze Norfolk turkey and whiskey soaked Christmas pudding, as well as contemporary delicacies including king scallops with cranberry, pear and liquorice chutney.

The eclectic mix of modern and retro makes for a stunning dining experience offering delicious and creative food, cocktails and live music till late on weekend nights plus some special menus midweek

And you can add a touch of exclusivity with your own private party experience by hiring the Coppice Suite, which is fully serviced by its own staff, private bar and high quality music system controllable by guests.

This fantastic option is available during daytime or the evening for a minimum of 16 guests up to a maximum of 42 and, better still, there’s no room hire fee to pay.

The venue is best seen at night, when the restaurant comes alive with an evening brasserie atmosphere that you would expect to find in the most cosmopolitan of cities.

If you’re planning to stay later, bookings can be upgraded to include a stay in the venue’s luxury boutique bedrooms or the neighbour’s relaxing leisure facilities.

Adjacent to Bertram’s is Woodland Spa which once again won Best Luxury Day Spa at the World Luxury Spa Awards. It features one of Europe’s largest hydrotherapy pools and a unique serenity pool.

The restaurant and the spa make up the Crow Wood Leisure complex, a £4.5m development that first opened its doors in 2013 and is located within 100 acres of countryside affording spectacular views of Pendle Hill and the rolling hills.

So whether you’re Christmas celebrations take the form of a December dinner, a late-night party, or a dazzling black tie New Year’s Eve countdown, Bertram’s Restaurant has the food, the venue and the service to suit. But be sure to book soon, as availability is strictly limited and many dates are already sold out!
