£90 offer to mark 90 years

Local estate agents Petty celebrate 90 years this year and have lots of events planned throughout the year to mark the occasion. Their latest offer is a way of saying thank you to their clients.

As part of their 90th year celebrations all residential properties sold between 1st April 2018 and the 30th September 2018 will be entered into two quarterly draws where the successful winners will pay a sale commission of only £90.00 (plus VAT. T&C’s apply)

Ian Bythell, residential director at Petty’s says: “Our success is built on the relationships we’ve had and continue to have with our clients and partners, and those relationships have built us up and defined us. We are tremendously grateful to our clients – it is because of their steadfast loyalty and trust that we are still here. This is a bit of fun really but we felt it important to give a little back.”

As well as this offer Petty will be hosting a Charity Ball at The Fence Gate in September, a themed 1920’s day, a duck race, 3 Peaks Challenge and throughout the year are running a Facebook campaign encouraging people to send in pictures at the trig point on Pendle. They will then donate £1 for every picture, up to £500, to Pendleside Hospice who are celebrating their 30th year. All other monies raised will also be going to the hospice.
