Motivation generates new ideas and this event is to demonstrate how, despite the year we have had, there are still silver linings to be found in business.

One example of hope for many businesses and people, is through the Government ‘Kickstart Scheme’. This scheme in particular, is designed to boost the recovery of the economy and bring people back into work.

The event will showcase how NORI HR and Employment Law are planning on using the Kickstart Scheme to support their growing business and ambitious plans for 2021. One of the businesses aspirations is to increase their team from 4 to 35 employees.

At the heart of the business growth, is providing opportunities to young people that have found themselves at risk of long term unemployment. NORI HR are creating job positions and an opportunity to set a new path for 16-24 year olds as well as roles for more senior age groups.

Representing NORI HR and Employment Law is Managing Director Jason Govindji-Bruce . Jason will talk about the challenges the Company has faced this year, and the opportunities the Kickstart Scheme presents for companies (in any sector), in a similar position to NORI HR and Employment Law.

East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, Jen Hill

Guest speaker from the East Lancashire Chamber of Commerce will be Jen Hill, Head of Marketing & Comms.

Jen is at the forefront of supporting business regeneration in East Lancashire and representative for Chamber members in liaising with the DwP to ensure that businesses are fully supported when navigating the Kickstart Scheme.
