npd Studio is a product design and engineering consultancy based in Samlesbury, Lancashire. We work with ambitious start-ups and established businesses to turn complex ideas and innovation into physical products that work in the real world.

Our team of designers and engineers covers the full development lifecycle - industrial design, mechanical engineering, electronics integration, prototyping, and manufacturing readiness. We don't specialise in a single sector because the best solutions rarely come from inside one. We've developed products across aerospace, defence, energy, medical, and consumer markets, bringing the same rigour and curiosity to every brief.

We're known for moving fast without cutting corners. Whether we're engineering an avionics display for BAE Systems, building the hardware for an AI-powered smart city camera, or developing our own investment products, the approach is the same: understand the problem, design something that deserves to exist, and build it properly.
