Through Fractional CFO (also known as Outsourced FD) support, Pauline brings strategic and commercial thinking into everyday decisions.  This includes pricing, growth plans, investment, cost management, systems, processes, and understanding what really drives profit, all explained in a way that's practical and easy to act on.
