A Good Day

A Good Day is on a mission to help people affected by neurological conditions to self advocate, connect in more meaningful ways and improve their mental wellbeing.

Founders Emily & Matt use their passion and lived experiences to create products, tools and resources to support individuals, their loved ones, families and caregivers helping to create meaningful moments.

Working with care homes, local charities, community groups and universities we create, research and develop our products alongside others with lived experiences, aswell as professionals in the care sector.

Our products help to facilitate social interaction, mental stimulation, evoking joyful memories and encourage storytelling. This helps not only the individual but everyone around them from families , loved ones and care givers.

We are dedicated to promoting wellbeing and better mental health through our innovative products for individuals and their wider circle. Our aim is to show there are moments of joy to feel, even in the most difficult times. Any diagnosis is not the end, it’s the beginning of a new chapter and we’re all about making the middle meaningful.

Projects include Care homes, Domiciliary care, Hospices, Befriending networks & Intergenerational activities.
