Your Vehicle Rental strengthens leadership team

Your Vehicle Rental (YVR) has announced fleet and funding specialist Marc McLoughlin joining the board to work alongside founder Bridget Brown.

Your Vehicle Rental is an independent vehicle rental solutions business based at Brockhall Business Centre in the Ribble Valley. Specialising in vehicle rental and fleet management, the business has built its reputation on offering honest advice and exceptional customer service.

The partnership marks a reunion for the pair, who previously worked together for several years at Marc's former business, KeyFleet, where they built a strong professional relationship founded on exceptional customer service, operational excellence and sustainable growth.

After successfully launching and establishing Your Vehicle Rental over the past 12 months, Bridget made the decision to reinvest in the business to support its next phase of expansion. Bringing Marc into the business was a natural progression, benefitting from Marc’s three decades of industry experience and commercial expertise with an already proven working relationship.

She said: "After a fantastic first year, I wanted to reinvest in the business, drive further growth, introduce new systems and make every part of the customer journey, as well as our internal processes, even more seamless.

"Bringing Marc into the business simply made sense. We've worked incredibly well together before, we share the same values, and I know the experience he brings will help take the business to the next level."

Marc joins the board with more than 30 years' experience in vehicle leasing, rental and automotive finance. Throughout his career, he has built an extensive network across the industry while developing specialist vehicle funding solutions designed to support businesses and individuals that don't always fit the standard leasing, rental, or finance model.

These include tailored programmes for probationary employees, new starters, businesses requiring fleet support, and customers with complex or credit-challenged circumstances, helping more people access the vehicles they need to keep moving.
