Wrenman Homes unveils Halton residential properties

Wrenman Homes, a sister company of VMC Developments, has entered the residential property market with a new development in Halton.

Forge Weir View will consist of fifty exclusive 3, 4 and 5 bedroom family homes alongside ten affordable properties in the village.

It is the first project undertaken by Lancaster-based Wrenman Homes, a local developer with over 20 years of build experience with commercial property firm VMC Developments.

The project has placed an emphasis on utilising the local supply chain, with designs by JMP Architects and marketing by Factored, both based in Lancaster. Flooring has been supplied by Carnforth-based Havwoods, and SieMatic kitchens delivered by Kendal's Mark Leigh.

Wrenman's Vanessa Cadman said: “We’re really excited about our new development. The properties are a great blend of modern design fused with traditional materials and will offer Lancaster something incredibly different to the usual new build developments. Best of all, our focus on local ensures there’s a wider benefit for the district." The development's marketing suite will open in September, with a four-bedroom show home following in November.
