Wilson Mason Architects, which has offices in Lancashire and London, has retained the prestigious Investors in People Gold accreditation.
The practice employs 35 staff across studios in Samlesbury, Preston and Clerkenwell in London, and the Gold award follows a comprehensive independent assessment of Wilson Mason’s leadership, culture and employee experience.
It also recognises the practice’s ongoing commitment to excellence in people development, culture and leadership
Investors in People operates globally, having worked with organisations across 100 countries and over 12 million people since 1991.
Its Investors in People Gold places organisations among the top tier of employers and only around 17 per cent of accredited organisations achieve Gold.
The Investors in People report highlights Wilson Mason as a “highly professional, well-led and values-driven practice” with a strong sense of purpose and a clear commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
The report also recognised Wilson’s Mason’s supportive and collaborative culture and commitment to learning and development, with particular high scores in collaborative working and performance management.
Wilson Mason celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2026 and works across education, healthcare, industrial and advanced manufacturing, science and research, retail and hospitality, and workplace and office sectors.
The multi award-winning practice partners with clients across the UK and has completed projects for clients including The University of Manchester, Booths, The Pirbright Institute, DEFRA (Animal and Plant Health Agency) and the European Space Agency.
