Simon has a great track record of helping businesses achieve their goals.

Michael Shroot said: “The legal sector has seen huge change in recent years with new regulations, new technology and a changing society. As a firm, we have embraced this change by investing, looking ahead and putting people at the heart of everything we do. We have performed extremely well, giving us a great base for the future.

"As we grow as a business we are striving to improve and look for new opportunities and the creation of the new leadership team will help deliver a masterplan for the firm. We can’t afford to stand still.

“Simon has a great track record of helping businesses achieve their goals and his experience and skill-set will be a huge asset as we develop a firm for the future.”
