Whittle Jones, the Chorley-based asset management division of Northern Trust Company, has appointed Luke Blockley as assistant lettings / management surveyor.
Luke has worked within the property industry for the past three years, specialising in residential sales.
In his new role, he will oversee the company's Merseyside, Cheshire and Greater Manchester portfolio which totals more than 1.4 million sq ft of industrial and trade counter accommodation in over 600 individual units.
Luke said: "I have now seen all of my assigned estates that I will be managing, and I’m looking forward to getting to know the occupiers and helping them with their future business premises needs.
"Everyone at the company has made me feel welcome, and I’m excited to be part of the team and am looking forward to the opportunity to further develop my skills."
