Preston's WH Bowker has acquired James Nuttall (Transport) Ltd and its commercial MOT testing centre, Queensway Commercials Ltd, both of Rochdale.
The deal boosts Bowker's fleet by 48 commercial vehicles, bringing the total UK and European fleet to more than 225 vehicles and 450 trailers.
The DVSA authorised testing facility adds to Bowker's network, which consists of over 1.2m sq ft of warehousing across 10 strategically placed locations within the UK.
