With over 11 years of recruitment experience spanning both the UK and US, Helen brings a wealth of expertise across Rec2Rec, marketing, creative, and digital recruitment.

Her career began in Manchester before taking her to New York, where she partnered with globally recognised brands such as Rolex, L’Oréal, and Moroccanoil, successfully placing senior-level talent across a variety of disciplines.

In more recent years, Helen has worked closely with ambitious recruitment agencies and executive search firms, delivering a consultative, relationship-driven approach and attracting top recruitment talent from around the world.

Now back in the UK, Helen will be supporting Trostan Dene’s sourcing efforts across all divisions, helping us connect with the very best people and strengthening the service we provide to our clients.
