Voiteq expands into Germany with acquisition of SMILOG

Voiteq Ltd, the UK’s leading supplier of Voice-Directed Work solutions, has announced that it has acquired a majority stake in SMILOG GmbH, a highly experienced German voice provider specialising in the integration of voice, vision and mobile devices into SAP and other ERP systems.

The acquisition further supports Voiteq’s strategy of market expansion in Europe as well as North America, and comes on the back of record 2014 results from all Centriq Group subsidiaries. The German organisation will be known as Voiteq-SMILOG and will be part of Centriq Group.

Both companies already provide solutions based on Honeywell’s Vocollect Voice technology, the world’s leading solution for voice-directed work, with Voiteq having the world’s largest group of Honeywell Vocollect certified voice professionals. The acquisition strengthens the product portfolios of both businesses and further establishes Voiteq as one of the largest and most experienced voice providers in Europe.
