Vanessa Mason brings international expertise to Ginger Recruitment

Vanessa Mason has been appointed by Ginger Recruitment as commercial manager.

Joining from a leading multinational recruitment agency, Vanessa brings a wealth of expertise to the Ginger Recruitment team, with over 12 years of experience both in the UK and internationally.

She said: “I am extremely delighted to be joining the Ginger team and working alongside such a friendly, passionate and dedicated team of recruiters.

"I am excited to be working with their existing key clients and keen to develop a new selection of clients requiring a personal and first class recruitment service. I am pleased to say I will also be responsible for leading internal staff training moving forward.”

Vanessa provides bespoke and tailored recruitment solutions for a range of both public and private sector clients, drawing on her many years experience in running multiple vacancy campaigns, and providing guidance internally to the team at Ginger in terms of training and support.

With a solid background in recruiting within professional and corporate services, Vanessa has specialised in recruiting for various SMEs and local businesses across East Lancashire as well as leading international clients such as Barclays Wealth, Goldman Sachs and Blackstone. Vanessa has a practical understanding across both temporary and permanent recruitment and can offer a wide range of expertise across all sectors.
