Ultimate Cafe marks Independence Day with all-American indulgency

Ultimate Cafe is set to mark Independence Day (July 4) by serving up a selection of all-American sweet and savoury treats.

Located within Ultimate Outdoors in Deepdale Shopping Park, the innovative eatery, which is renowned for its speciality pancakes and signature waffles, is encouraging its guests to indulge in its stateside offerings in celebration of the commemorative holiday.

Pancakes can be served traditionally or American style (raised) in a range of savoury flavours including Chicken & Creamy Mushroom, Smoked Salmon with Rocket & Cream Cheese and Roasted Vegetables & Sun Dried Tomatoes. For those with a sweet tooth, guests can enjoy flavours such as Nutella & Banana, Simply Lemon & Sugar and the all-American Bacon & Maple Syrup. Gluten free options are also available for diners with dietary requirements.
