UK event company marks 20-year partnership with new website from Bespoke

The Fun Experts, an event entertainment supplier, marks 20 years of partnership with Bespoke Digital Agency with a brand new website and CMS.

Founded over 20 years ago, The Fun Experts is a leading nationwide event entertainment provider, delivering tailored experiences with fun equipment hire for corporate events, exhibitions, team-building days, university/college events and more across the UK.

The partnership began in 2005 when The Fun Experts approached Bespoke, a digital agency recognised for its web design in Preston, for a new website. Two decades on, the latest project includes a website redesign to improve the user experience and simplify event planning and entertainment hire.

Website visitors can now enjoy a streamlined and more intuitive experience when browsing on the new website. The redesign features a clear A-Z of products, entertainment hire and event-type categorisation, helping event planners quickly find what they need.

This improved structure also offers entertainment suggestions, supporting organisers with event planning.

The product pages have been updated with detailed descriptions, images and insights. This gives website visitors a clear understanding of the features and benefits of each entertainment option.

The mobile experience has also been enhanced, allowing website users to continue browsing and booking from a range of devices.

As part of the new build, a bespoke CMS was developed to help improve website functionality and performance. The CMS will also operate as an event management system to help simplify the booking process for customers and streamline internal processes for staff members.
