StopPress earn two finalists spots at business awards

Well bloomin' heck, this is a bit good, isn't it?

We've only gone and bagged ourselves TWO finalist spots at the Hyndburn Business Awards 2025. Not one. TWO!

The folks at Hyndburn Business Awards have made us finalists in both the Creative Business AND New Business categories. For a bunch of lads who started out with nothing but a brew and some big ideas, this feels pretty damn special.

We're sharing the spotlight with some brilliant Lancashire businesses too. Little Liv's Bakery (smashing it in a few categories as well!), A.P Beswick, Colourful Memories CIC, Access Education NW, Boost Me, and The Afternoon Tea Company. What a cracking lineup of local talent.

This isn't just about getting dressed up fancy (though we'll scrub up alright in our black tie gear). For us, it's about proving that our approach works. We're building something different here – no waffle, no showing off, just honest storytelling that helps our mates get noticed.

Remember Emma from Bolton HR? We helped her get online without the faff. Or those projects with Bolton Wanderers FC that smashed their commercial targets? That's the stuff that's got us here.

We're not taking a slice of someone else's pie – we're making our own and sharing it as we go.

The big night's happening on Thursday 12th June at Mercure Dunkenhalgh Hotel & Spa. We'll be there with bells on, raising a glass to Lancashire's finest. Win or lose, we're just getting started. These nominations are a real boost for three Lancashire lads who stepped out of their comfort zones to make a difference.
