True Bearing wins Gold Employer of the Year at IiP awards

True Bearing was the first Independent Financial Planners in the UK to achieve the Gold Standard Investors in People award and has held this status for 7 consecutive years. This was the first year that the firm entered the awards. It was an opportunity to benchmark against high performing organisations, not just within the UK but on a global scale.

Senior management has concentrated their efforts on developing their existing employees and recruiting talented staff to join their team in order to future proof their business.
