True Bearing shortlisted for IiP award

True Bearing Chartered Financial Planners is shortlisted for a Gold Employer of the Year award at this year's Investors in People Awards.

The Chorley business is in the running for the 50 to 249 employees category in recognition of its effective people management.

Susan Peary, managing director of True Bearing Chartered Financial Planners, said: “It is a privilege to be shortlisted for this award; retaining the IiP standard at this level for the third time whilst continuing to grow our business is a clear indication of the dedication and hard work our teams continue to invest in our business."

An awards ceremony will be held in London on November 28 where the winners of 13 categories will be announced.

Other awards handed out on the night will include Excellence in Leadership and Management, Excellence in Social Responsibility, Leader of the Year and Best Newcomer. A new Excellence in Health and Wellbeing category has also been introduced in 2018 for organisations who hold the coveted Investors in People Health and Wellbeing Award.
