Triga stand wins award for MBS Care

Poulton le Fylde-based Paul Turner Displays has helped MBS Care win 'best stand' and earn a £25,000 contract at the Care Roadshow, its first major exhibition.

A provider of nursing and care staff to private institutions throughout the North West, MBS Care committed to exhibiting at the Care Roadshow in Liverpool, and was keen to demonstrate its experience, commitment and professionalism to visitors, who mainly comprised care and nursing home managers and owners.

Having little experience of exhibition displays, they took their marketing agency’s recommendation to speak to independent exhibitions experts, Paul Turner Displays (PTD).

Paul Turner from PTD discussed their requirements and quickly established that MBS Care were looking for a display system that was flexible, reusable and easy to set-up.

Paul talked them through numerous alternative systems and suggested the Triga system, a unique tool-less and reconfigurable tensioned fabric system. This would enable them to erect the stand quickly and easily and reuse it at future shows.

Petra Woodburn, business development manager at MBS Care, said: “We were really impressed when Paul demonstrated the stand, it looked extremely effective, yet was so simple to put up. Our budget was quite restricted so we opted for the hire option of the Triga System.”

The Triga System really did live up to Petra’s expectations and she travelled to the show with the stand in the boot of her car and put the whole system up in 10 minutes, whilst others around her were taking considerably longer setting their stands up! The stand made a huge impact and attracted many visitors who commented on how professional it looked.

The MBS Care team were so impressed with the Triga System that they’ve decided to purchase the system rather than hire it, as and when required. This will allow them to use it at team meetings, at training sessions and in their reception area for additional branding. Petra concluded: “This show really was a tremendous success for us, we were awarded “Best Stand” at the Liverpool Care Roadshow by the event organisers, Broadway Events, and more importantly we came away with a £25,000 contract to finalise and sign and several other prospects to follow up. It honestly exceeded all of our expectations.”
