Trevor Dawson appoints Ian Rawcliffe as an associate director

Trevor Dawson, commercial property consultants, are delighted to announce further expansion of the Building Consultancy team with the appointment of Ian Rawcliffe as an associate director. 

Ian’s appointment coincides with the business's 35th anniversary year and signals an exciting year of growth and celebration. Ian will be based at the Blackburn headquarters but will work across all three offices - Blackburn, Burnley and Bolton.

Ian graduated in 1999 with BSc (Hons) Building Surveying degree and has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) since 2004. 

Ian has previously run his own building consultancy business and more recently spent seven years at Manchester Design & Build where he was responsible for the delivery of a number of new-build, conversion and refurbishment developments in his role as projects director.
