Town Centre Investment Snapped Up

Acting on behalf of a Cheshire-based investor, Trevor Dawsons have sold the iconic St John’s Court on Ainsworth Street, Blackburn to a local investor.

St John’s Court is at the heart of the Town Centre, opposite St John’s Church which is to be redeveloped later this year, and adjacent to the strategic development sites which will see new development in the educational sector over the next few years. 

St John’s comprises over 30,000 sq. ft. over five floors and is fully let.
