Together Housing acquires 30 affordable homes

Together Housing has acquired 30 affordable family homes at Coupe Green in Preston which will be made available through a mix of shared ownership and affordable rent.

Once complete, the community will feature a mix of semi-detached and detached properties ranging from two, three and four-bedroom family homes. Each property will have its own dedicated parking space and private garden.

The properties have been sold by Vistry Partnerships, and 40 more will be sold under its house-building arm Linden Homes. 

Ian Hilliker, managing director of Vistry Partnerships, said: "We are extremely pleased to have reached an agreement with Together Housing over our Coupe Green development. It is a fantastic project which will bring a range of properties to the area, with varying sizes and tenures, meaning local people can find a home that is right them."
