The third letting at Frontier Burnley has now completed.

Monte Blackburn have completed the successful pre-let of FP4, Frontier Park, Junction 9, M65, Burnley to CRC Evans, a global leader in welding and coating services for energy and infrastructure sectors.

The Grade A 93,800 sq ft industrial unit is due to be completed in Q1 2026.

It offers state-of-the-art warehousing and logistics facilities.

It is located just off Junction 9 of the M65 motorway, Frontier Park provides quick access to the North West motorway network, including the M6, M61 and M66.

The unit is one of five units at Frontier Park has been let by Monte Blackburn, the site’s developer.

The unit was constructed by Barnfield Construction, one of the North West’s leading contractors, known for delivering high-quality commercial and industrial schemes across the region.

CRC Evans is a global provider of integrated welding and coating services for pipelines, nuclear, renewables, and energy infrastructure projects.

With nearly a century of experience, the company is known for its
engineering excellence and field-based solutions.

Founded in the United States in 1933 CRC Evans is now headquartered in the UK and with a growing global presence this new facility will support the further growth of their operations across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Michael Cavannagh, director at Trevor Dawson and head of the firm’s Burnley office, said: “This letting is another strong endorsement of Burnley’s appeal as a commercial location.

"Frontier Park continues to attract major occupiers, and CRC Evans is a great addition to the site’s growing business community.”

He added: “We’re pleased to have worked alongside Monte Blackburn, Freeths, and CRC Evans to bring this deal to completion.

"It’s a great example of collaboration between developer, agents, and tenant to deliver high-quality employment space in East Lancashire.”

The letting means that only two units remain: FP1 39,000 sq ft; and FP3 which is 157,000 sq ft.
