Third Award of 2015: Outstanding Import Achievement

Earlier this month SMUK Solutions joined other East Lancashire businesses for the Annual International Trade Club Awards, a networking group with events throughout the year where you can discuss and share best practice for international trade and exchange knowledge and advice.

This year they have been awarded the title of Outstanding Import Achievement thanks to the trade activity carried out with OutDure, based in New Zealand, to bring the innovative Qwickbuild Aluminium Decking Frame and Resortdeck Composite Decking Boards to the UK and Europe.

Neil Martin, international development manager, said: "The International Trade Club Awards are a celebration of how East Lancashire businesses are thriving and flourishing in challenging overseas markets, and it’s fantastic to see such a diverse range of companies succeeding in so many countries across the globe.

We have changed the balustrade industry in recent years and this year in particular with the introduction of this new decking system, shaking up the outdoor living market for the better."
