The Eventus Recruitment Group expands into Ireland

The Eventus Recruitment Group is delighted to have expanded its legal recruitment services into Ireland, to help law firms succeed through talented people.

By establishing a presence in Ireland, Eventus will enable Irish law firms to benefit from its unique and tailored recruitment service that law firms value and have found effective within the UK since 2010.

Headquartered in Lancaster, the company's work in the UK market has given the recruitment group access to a wide range of specialist legal talent and the platforms to reach the top legal professionals. Therefore, it is a natural progression to move to into Ireland’s legal market, to offer a wider skills base within the legal profession.

Eventus Legal’s Ireland team is headed by managing director and founder Siobhan Courtney, who has specialised in legal recruitment for 25 years.

Siobhan says: “With a strong heritage in Ireland, having extensive family living there and a mother who was born in Co Waterford and brought up in Co Cork, it was a natural progression to move to this market to build upon the work done in the UK.

“I’m thrilled to have recently taken on my first clients and candidates in Dublin, and to have begun making connections with law firms and legal professionals across Ireland.”
