The iX3 enhances performance with a new integrated drive unit, which combines the electric motor, transmission and power electronics into an aluminium housing, improving the power to weight ratio by about 30%.

With a new Lithium-ion Battery which has specially developed lithium-ion storage cells, the new high-voltage battery powers the electric motor with amazing speed and efficiency. Going from 0 to 62mph in 6.8 seconds, the new BMW iX3 Premier Edition shows the power of electric driving. Thanks to the constant and instant acceleration, the impressive eDrive unit delivers 286hp* and gives any adventure extra thrills to enjoy.
