Tendo jobs goes UK-wide after four months

The revolutionary recruitment platform Tendo Jobs which links employers directly with job hunters has taken the UK by storm.

Within only four months of launching the website now sees employers registered throughout the UK and job hunters searching for jobs across every industry.

Being free for employers to use up to 3 job vacancies, the website has seen early registered employers including the likes of Sky, Hays Travel, Age UK, The Hut Group, WERU Group and many more.

Tendo Jobs is an offshoot from Blackburn based digital agency Contrado Digital. Born from hearing the challenges employers face recruiting candidates, while being able to see over 1,600,000 job related searches on Google every month. It was clear the problem wasn’t a lack of candidates or a lack of jobs, instead it was the current ineffective connection points that are currently being used.

Tendo Jobs links employers directly with job hunters through sophisticated technology including their JobRank algorithm which generates a personalised Jobs Feed for job hunters to simplify their job hunting process along with an ApplicantRank algorithm which prioritises the best applicants for the vacancy for employers to simplify the filtering process. By using technology to aid job hunters and employers, the entire recruitment process is much more effective for the main parties involved and most importantly extremely cost effective. Michael Cropper, founder and managing director, Tendo Jobs, said: “It’s amazing to see how quickly TendoJobs.com has spread throughout the UK .The feedback we’ve received from users of the platform has been extremely positive. Tendo Jobs is being seen as a breath of fresh air for both employers and job hunters by simplifying the entire recruitment process. Employers are urged to post their vacancies on the platform to get in front of active job hunters.”
