TCB Designs' Jonny nominated for Sign & Wrap Award

TCB Designs are over the moon to announce that their apprentice, Jonny, has been nominated as a finalist for the ‘Young Singmaker’ Award and the Sign & Wrap Awards 2024. This is a huge achievement for any apprentice and TCB Designs are immensely proud of Jonny.

The Sign & Wrap Awards, which is hosted in Birmingham, bring signmakers and vinyl wrapping professionals across the UK and Ireland together to recognise and celebrate the best of the best in the industry, including one of TCB Designs’ own - Jonny.

The nominees in the ‘Young Signmaker’ category are recognised for fantastic craftsmanship and creativity whilst showcasing exceptional work either created in-house by the apprentices themselves or through original designs executed by others within their workplace. The Award goes on to praise apprentices who display remarkable potential and a promising beginning in their apprenticeship, foreseeing a bright future whilst demonstrating a unique and imaginative approach, revealing a distinctive flair in their work.

Since starting his apprenticeship, Jonny swiftly acquired proficiency in the signage industry, generating innovative outcomes for TCB Designs. He initially applied his CNC skills to projects before rapidly mastering the fundamentals and independently constructing lightboxes. Not only is Jonny the perfect apprentice, but he was soon appointed as the lead for bespoke projects at TCB Designs as his passion, dedication and talent is absolutely outstanding - his work cannot be faulted and his finished product quality is unmatched.

Jonny meets all design requirements and objectives with innovation, creativity and exceptional quality and one hundred percent has an amazing career ahead of him within the creative industry. Any client who gets to work with Jonny is definitely in good hands!
