Blackburn-based commercial solicitors Taylors has paved the way for a trouble-free opening of a new headquarters for a for a recruitment specialist.
Four Recruitment secured a 10-year lease from Orbit Investments for the Grade II listed Lower House Farm building on Mansell Way in Middlebrook.
The legal details of the contract were negotiated and completed within a short three-week timescale, allowing the company the time it needed to carry out preparatory works ahead of their move in April.Angela Bhaseen, commercial property partner at Taylors, said: “The deal needed to be completed within a relatively swift timeframe because the company wanted to make sure it could continue to service its clients throughout the process. They wanted every aspect of the move to go as smoothly as possible.
“We worked hard, along with the landlord's solicitor, to ensure we completed the details in order to meet the deadline.”“Lower House Farm is a stylish Grade II listed property and I’m sure it will make an impressive HQ for Four Recruitment and their team.”
Paul Hebden, finance director at Four, said: “We have had aspirations to move to our own self contained office for a number of years, but haven’t been able to find the right space or location. Lower House Farm is perfect as it provides us with plenty of growing space to enable us to achieve our anticipated 75% growth over the next 12 months.“Taylors helped us to achieve the move within a particularly short timescale”.
