TalentEdge North hires Danielle Holly as it goes for growth in 2025

Talentedge Recruitment, a leading finance and HR recruiter founded in London 18 years ago, has set its sights on further expansion as it celebrates a fantastic first year for its North West office. 

Talentedge North, founded by Neil Whitaker and Abbie Smith in 2023, may have only been open for business for 12 months, but has already seen huge success, quickly establishing itself as the preferred supplier of finance talent for businesses across the region. 

Danielle Holly, who has over 15 years’ experience helping businesses hire accounting professionals, has been hired as director of the Lancashire team.

Her appointment marks an exciting next step for the team and signals the agency’s commitment to growing the business in Lancashire and beyond.

As the regional head, Danielle will be responsible for developing key client relationships and expanding their reach. With a background in finance recruitment since 2008, Danielle is well known for her recruitment expertise and is a trusted recruitment partner for hundreds of businesses she has worked with over the years.

Before joining Talentedge, Danielle held several leadership roles within recruitment firms, where she successfully managed teams, developed client strategies and provided bespoke recruitment solutions.

Her experience spans many sectors including accounting, financial services, and business advisory roles, allowing her to understand the unique needs of clients and candidates alike.
