Synergy Technology achieves Microsoft Gold Status

We are thrilled to announce that Synergy Technology has achieved Microsoft Gold Partner status through the Microsoft Partner Network.

To achieve the prestigious Gold status, companies must ensure that several consultants in the business undertake various exams to demonstrate their expertise in the solutions they work with. The examinations are stringent and there are intense training and learning programmes. Synergy Technology has been striving for a gold partner status and had set a goal to meet it during 2021. The Gold partner status is in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) however Synergy Technology has also worked hard to achieve silver status in Application Integration, Data Analytics and Small and Mid-Market Cloud Solutions.

Nigel Powell, operations manager at Synergy Technology, states that the team have worked incredibly hard to do all the training and sit all the necessary exams, with some individuals sitting 2 or 3 examinations each. These competencies demonstrate that our teams’ technical capability for designing, developing and supporting complex technologies like Microsoft Business Central, Dynamics 365 for Sales and related technologies is so important for our clients to ensure they get the best consultancy and advice.

Mr Powell confirms that that people are the main asset of Synergy Technology and the business is committed to ensuring that continuous training and updates if offered to all the consultants and technical team members. Mr Powell confirms that training plays a vital role to provide cutting edge solutions for our clients both on premise as well as in the cloud (SaaS).
