Sundown Solutions, the Lancashire-based tech consultancy, are well known for their support for the community they live and work in. They're already heavily involved in grassroots football and front of shirt sponsors at Accrington Stanley Women FC, who have over 200 players across all age groups.

They have a corporate Heart and Soul policy, which ensures the highest standards in ethical behavior, environmental sustainability, data security and more. They aim to make a lasting impact in surrounding communities, whether this is through donations, time, or expertise.

The latest initiative for 2024 is to donate a generous amount of time back for every employee to spend on charitable projects, which totals over 300 days throughout the year given back. Employees can spend their time supporting a cause close to their hearts, anything from litter picking to joining a not for profit board as a trustee. There will also be projects with schools and education providers for employees to go in and train students, giving them their real life industry experience.

Heath Groves, CEO of Sundown Solutions, commented: "Giving back has been part of Sundown's core ethos right from day one. We make sure we help our communities so everyone benefits as we continue to grow, and our success means we can allow staff time off to support great causes locally.

"300 days will make a huge difference locally, and I'm looking forward to see what our colleagues decide to do with their time - and what impact it will have!"

Sundown Solutions is a technology consultancy operating in the fields of digital transformation, software solutions, cyber security and Cloud computing. They are also certified Microsoft Azure Expert MSPs, the only ones in Lancashire.

The NHS, Ministry of Defence, National Audit Office, Capita and Everyman Cinema are just some of Sundown Solutions' blue-chip clients.
