Accrington-based Sundown Solutions has begun a new marketing campaign for its Yellow Bracelet scheme.
The business won the Innovation in Business title at the Red Rose Awards 2020 for its new service, which helps health care professionals to access information about patients.
The bracelet holds details of an individual's home care package, existing health conditions and medication, and while held securely can be easily accessed by hospital, ambulance, community and social care teams.
Sundown Solutions hopes the product will reduce unnecessary admissions, reduce discharge times and free up beds and resources in hospitals.
The Yellow Bracelets now feature in adverts aired on ITV in the north west and will soon be seen by audiences across the UK, Sky TV viewers and on-demand users.
