A new £3.2m luxury lodge development is set to open this summer at Partington’s Windy Harbour Holiday Park on the Fylde coast.
Lake View features 16 premium holiday lodges at the park, situated on the banks of the River Wyre at Poulton.
Partington’s say the new accommodation has been designed with a lakeside view in a newly developed area of the park.
The family-owned business owns and operates parks across Lancashire, the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales.
In 2024 it unveiled plans for a £75m leisure destination at Windy Harbour, including a 102-bed hotel, a new lodge park with 495 holiday homes, a luxury spa and leisure facilities.
Rob Kearsley, joint chief executive of Partington’s, said: “We have designed Lake View from the ground up to offer a level of comfort and relaxation that feels worlds away from everyday life.
“We wanted to create something truly special for our guests at Windy Harbour Holiday Park and this will be a place where luxury meets nature in the most effortless way.
“With each individual lodge valued at an estimated £200,000; Lake View presents the opportunity to enjoy spending time at a premium holiday home, whether that’s a restful weekend break or an extended stay with the chance to create longer lasting memories in beautiful surroundings.”
Andrea Challis, joint chief executive, added: “We’re incredibly proud of this new development.
“It highlights our commitment to continuous innovation and provides a holiday experience that’s unlike anything we’ve offered before.
“We can’t wait for guests to enjoy it and will share lots of updates as the build progresses.”
