Successful pilot sees full launch of Executive Learning Programme

21 Jul 2016

Six leaders from high growth SME's in Lancashire have embarked on a learning experience like no other.

This carefully crafted Executive Programme, PLATFORM, is based around the latest business thinking and is backed by extensive industry knowledge, so that as your mind-set, confidence and ability grows, it brings the clarity needed to strategically focus on shaping the critical decisions for the future

We work with small personal groups of up to eight delegates who over a six month period undergo six impactful workshops, focused bespoke 1 to 1 business coaching sessions and motivating, collaborative peer to peer Business Buddy groups.

Helping them learn in a way that is practical, effective and most appropriate to their needs, is at the forefront of all we deliver.

Retaining it's exclusivity, we will run two cohorts a year, starting in September 2016 and are looking for the decision makers from successful organisations who know they have challenges ahead. Interviews for these two groups will be held:

August 15th and 16th, 2016 at Farrington Lodge Hotel, Leyland.

Even if you are just curious, call us for a time slot, so that you can have a no obligation discussion with Ian Brookes (programme creator and director) and myself over coffee.

The pilot has made a remarkable difference and has allowed us to establish the most successful formula. If you are ready for change, don’t just take our word for it:

''Platform has allowed me to feel the pulse of the business; so that I can feel proud of our achievements. I've let go of things buy doing less, not more and I have a new inner peace to not feel the need to chase growth, but to strategically plan the future instead.’’

Charmay Prout, Lovania Nurseries, Preston (Top 100 List)

''Through Platform, I've seen the need to develop the business internally; spending more focused time in the role of chairman. I’ve had the time to consider growth through more personal reflection on legitimate leadership and building on the legacy that I want to leave. ''

Gary Entwistle, Cherrytree Bakery, Burnley. (Top 100 List)
