Burnley-based lighting products manufacturer Steon has appointed Guy Ramsbottom as managing director.
He replaces Nigel Walton who held the role for more than 30 years. He is stepping down from the day-to-day responsibilities but will still contribute to product design and development.
Over the last decade, Guy has been involved in all aspects of the business, most recently serving as Steon’s operations manager.
Guy said: "I have thoroughly enjoyed my years at Steon Ltd and I have been privileged to work with and get to know the fantastic and talented team that we have here.
"In my new role as managing director, I look forward to exploring the opportunities that the innovative and dynamic lighting industry has to offer."
