After months of assessment, Star Tissue has announced that it has been awarded the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditations by Alcumus ISOQAR.
This latest achievement reflects the company's continued drive to manufacture quality hygiene paper products and customer care.
Ian Ainsworth, warehouse and facilities manager, said: “Achieving the three standards allows us to improve and develop the products we offer and enhance the customer experience. We strive to deliver the right service on time, the first time and every time. Our quality management system monitors and control processes help us achieve this.”
Star Tissue started their journey towards meeting these requirements in September 2015 with a view to achieving certification in January 2016. Our aim was to document, control and measure the business processes we use to help us to better satisfy the requirements and expectations of our customers and to continually improve the way Star Tissue operates.
