Kingswood Homes is helping homebuyers stamp out fees this winter with generous stamp duty contributions available throughout November on selected properties across their Lancashire developments.

The housebuilder is offering stamp duty contributions of up to £7,000 on specific plots* at Green Hills and Spinners Brook, making it easier for buyers to reserve their dream home and start the new year in a brand new Kingswood property.

Joel Winders, commercial director at Kingswood Homes, said: "We understand that additional costs like stamp duty can be a barrier for many homebuyers.

"That's why we're offering these contributions throughout November – to help make the dream of owning a new home more achievable. With these offers, buyers can reserve now and look forward to starting 2026 in their new Kingswood home."

One of the homes which benefits from this offer is plot 132, the Weaver 3 at Green Hills Farmstead Collection.

This energy-efficient three-bedroom home features solar PV panels and heat recovery systems to help reduce energy bills and carbon footprint. With stamp duty worth £2,999 fully covered, buyers can reserve this home now and start the new year in their new home.

At Green Hills Homestead Collection, plot 217 the Croston 2 true bungalow, comes with over £10,000 worth of extras already installed, including an upgraded ground floor 'Entertain' layout creating a fantastic open-plan kitchen/diner/living space perfect for hosting friends and family.

With stamp duty worth £4,749 fully covered, this represents exceptional value for buyers. With over 90% of homes now sold at the current phase of the Homestead Collection, homebuyers need to act fast to purchase on this sought-after development.

Another home which benefits from the winter offer is plot 25, the Byre 4, at Spinners Brook which has a £7,000 stamp duty contribution.

This impressive four-bedroom home is situated in the peaceful reservoir-side location of Hoddlesden village. Homebuyers who reserve in November could be moving into their new home at the start of the new year. Spinners Brook benefits from excellent connectivity with commuter routes close by as well as village amenities just around the corner.

All Kingswood’s homes come with an unrivalled specification as standard, including a smart thermostat heating system, Ring doorbell, turfed rear garden, EV charger, outside tap and security light, and integrated kitchen appliances. Selected plots also offer the innovative Shape Your Home feature, allowing customers to choose from various floor plans to create their dream home without compromise.

For more information about the stamp duty contribution offer and to arrange a viewing of these properties, visit Kingswood’s website or contact the sales team.
