SPS sold to American firm

The firm, which employs 300, has been sold to PF Concept International BV, part of the multinational Polyconcept Group, which sells into more than 100 counties.

SPS is the UK’s largest provider of promotional merchandise, supplying more 2,000 independent distributors in the UK and Europe.

Maven supported the SPS management team in identifying and acquiring two high quality bolt-on acquisitions, High Profile in June 2015 and T.E.C. in November 2015, which strengthened its position as a lead manufacturer in the UK and European markets.
