Specialised Cleaning Services expansion continues with acquisition

Preston-based Specialised Cleaning Services (SCS) has revealed plans to expand further with the acquisition of Extra Clean Property Services.

Extra Clean Property Services delivers a full range of exterior cleaning works including pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning and graffiti removal. Under the deal, Extra Clean Property Services will become on integrated part of the business.

Sarah Southworth, managing director of SCS, said: “This is a fantastic coup for us that adds yet more weight to our business. Extra Clean Property Services is an established firm within the sector that have carved a solid reputation. This is the first time that we have acquired a firm rather than launching a new division. The existing skills, experiences and understanding of the sector by the existing team there will allow us to hit the ground running.
