The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village has maintained its 5 Bubble Rating from The Good Spa Guide for the 12th year in a row.
The accolade was granted, again, following a visit from an assessor known as a ‘Spa Spy’ from the Good Spa Guide.
The Good Spa Guide's Bubble Rating system serves as a benchmark for excellence in the industry. Assessing spas comprehensively on over 80 criteria, the rating reflects exceptional standards across facilities, cleanliness, customer service, and treatments.
Jane Tregonning, spa manager at The Spa Hotel, said: "We are thrilled to once again receive the prestigious 5 Bubble rating from the Good Spa Guide. This recognition reaffirms our commitment to providing an unparalleled spa experience for our guests, and we look forward to continuing to exceed expectations in the years to come."
Since receiving the recognition The Spa Hotel has also been named a finalist for ‘The Best Day Spa 2024’ in the Good Spa Guide Awards later this year.
