Spa hotel retains five-bubble rating for 12th year

The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village has maintained its 5 Bubble Rating from The Good Spa Guide for the 12th year in a row.

The accolade was granted, again, following a visit from an assessor known as a ‘Spa Spy’ from the Good Spa Guide.

The Good Spa Guide's Bubble Rating system serves as a benchmark for excellence in the industry. Assessing spas comprehensively on over 80 criteria, the rating reflects exceptional standards across facilities, cleanliness, customer service, and treatments.

Since receiving the recognition The Spa Hotel has also been named a finalist for ‘The Best Day Spa 2024’ in the Good Spa Guide Awards later this year.
