Skiddle, one of the UK’s leading live events and ticketing platforms, has been confirmed as the headline sponsor of the LIVE Awards for the next three years as part of a wider strategic partnership.
The LIVE Awards, which returns to London’s The Troxy in December 2025, will be attended by over 600 professionals from across the UK live music sector to recognise and celebrate individuals and organisations who have made a significant impact during the last 12 months.
This extended commitment by Skiddle reflects the shared ambition of both organisations to champion and support the growth, diversity, and resilience of the UK’s live music ecosystem.
This headline sponsorship announcement forms one strand of a broader strategic agreement between Skiddle, which has a Preston base, and LIVE that will see the two organisations work together on a number of initiatives, including:
- Research collaboration – Skiddle will support and partner on the delivery of LIVE’s sector-leading research, including the LIVE Insights audience research programme.
- LIVE Talks – Skiddle will continue as a committed partner to the LIVE Talks programme, providing a platform for industry dialogue and knowledge sharing around sustainability, ED&I and wellbeing.
Event activations – LIVE will join Skiddle in hosting key regional industry events over the three-year term.
Jon Collins, chief executive of LIVE, said: "We’re delighted to welcome Skiddle’s return as our headline sponsor for the LIVE Awards.
"As a long-term partner of LIVE, this agreement is not just about one night of celebration – it is a shared commitment to the future of live music.
"Skiddle’s support across our research, events, and industry engagement will help strengthen our work on behalf of the whole sector."
Duncan King, head of festivals and partnerships, Skiddle, said: "This three-year partnership with LIVE is an exciting step for us, building on the work we’ve already done together to support and celebrate the live music industry.
"Being headline sponsor of the LIVE Awards is the perfect way to kick it off — it’s always the best night of the year and a brilliant celebration of the people, places and events that make this industry so special.
"We’re looking forward to working closely with LIVE across research, LIVE Talks and industry events to make a real difference over the next three years."
